Wholesale changes for Rangers

Rangers made wholesale changes from the side who defeated East Fife for today’s Clydesdale Bank Premier League game at Motherwell.

Only Carlos Cuellar, Steven Whittaker and Kris Boyd remained from the midweek CIS Insurance Cup tie, as Walter Smith reverted back to a more familiar line-up for the trip to Fir Park.

In contrast, Mark McGhee named an unchanged side from the one who defeated cup holders Hibernian at Easter Road earlier in the week.
