Arsenal's turnover increased to more than £200m (€287.5m) for the year ending May 31, 2007 - with group operating profits up by an astonishing 274%, to £51.2m (€73.6m), the parent company of the Premier club announced this morning.

The move to the 60,000-seater Emirates Stadium helped Arsenal generate match day revenues of £90.6m (€130.2m) in their first season, representing some £3.1m (€4.45m)-per-game - which was more than double that of Highbury.
