Gunners without Gallas for Derby visit

Arsenal were without William Gallas (groin), Jens Lehmann (elbow), Alexander Hleb (knee) and Emmanuel Eboue (ankle) for the Barclays Premier League visit of Derby.

But centre-half Philippe Senderos shook off a hip problem to take his place at the heart of the Gunners defence at Emirates Stadium.

Derby were unchanged from the side that moved off the bottom of the table with Monday’s defeat of Newcastle.
