Blues look to break losing streak

Waterford United and Bray Wanderers go head-to-head in tonight's eircom League of Ireland Premier Division clash at the RSC, kick-off 7.45pm.

The Blues have been on a losing sequence that has seen them pick up just one win in the last eight league games and with Longford Town charging up the table this is a must win for United.

Waterford boss Gareth Cronin must plan without Daryl Kavanagh, who broke a leg in training this week and misses the rest of the season but he does have Dave Mulcahy back after suspension, while Kenny Browne faces a late fitness test on his injured foot on Friday.

Bray Wanderers will have to plan without three suspended players, with Chris Deans, Ray Kenny and Mark Duggan all missing out.

Also missing will be Colm Tresson whose heel injury is very slow to clear up.

Paul Dunphy, who is out since breaking his wrist against Galway, returns to the squad, while Derek Tyrrell also comes back in for the first time in six weeks having recovered from a broken finger but is unlikely to feature.

Paul Caffrey is fit again and could feature at some stage.
