Jol laments international interruptions

Martin Jol believes the international schedule means it will take Tottenham longer to peak this season as they look to turn around their dismal start to the campaign.

Spurs also had a poor start last season and eventually finished fifth in the Premier League, but Jol feels two breaks from domestic football rather than one will have an affect this time around.
