Jol shoulders Spurs pressure

Tottenham manager Martin Jol admits the pressure is now on him to deliver Champions League football after holding clear-the-air talks with chairman Daniel Levy.

Jol’s position at White Hart Lane looked threatened over the weekend after it emerged from Spanish media that Spurs officials met Sevilla boss Juande Ramos, although all parties denied negotiations.
