Portsmouth came from behind to pile the pressure on Bolton boss Sammy Lee in the Barclays Premier League.

Lee saw his side surge in front with a typical Nicolas Anelka strike in the 12th minute but Nigerian pair Kanu and John Utaka set up each other to score emphatically in the 15th and 30th minutes and turn things around.

Pompey clinched their first victory of the season with a Matt Taylor spot-kick in the dying minutes after Gerald Cid had fouled Kanu in the penalty area.
