Five minutes later they were a goal down when Hans Henrik Andreasen fired past Barry Ryan from close range.

Ryan Guy headed into the side netting 10 minutes before half time as Saints tried to hit back. But they then fell further behind on 44 minutes to end the tie as any sort of contest.

Once again, the Dublin side failed to defend a corner a corner from Sorensen and the big Christensen headed his second goal of the night.

Christensen completed his hat-trick on 73 minutes when flicking the ball past Ryan.

Peter Nymann saved the best goal till last when rifling number five past Ryan with a terrific left-foot shot two minutes from time.
