Fitzpatrick quits Drogheda for St Pat's

St Patrick's Athletic have made a last-minute signing at the close of this season's transfer window by bringing Glen Fitzpatrick to Richmond Park.

Fitzpatrick signs from title rivals Drogheda United as Saints boss Johnny McDonnell attempts to strengthen his squad for the second half of the season.

The former UCD, Shamrock Rovers and Shelbourne striker has been unable to hold down a regular place at United Park and as a result boss Paul Doolin has allowed him to move on.

Fitzpatrick should come into the Pat's squad for Monday night's game with UCD.
