Cork City close gap on Bohs in Premier Division

Cork City have closed the gap on Bohemians in the eircom League Premier Division after beating Waterford United 2-0 at Turner's Cross last night.

Roy O'Donovan and Leon McSweeney were both on target for the Leesiders, while Vinnie Sullivan missed a penalty for the Blues in the first half.

The win means Cork are just one point adrift of fourth-placed Bohs with two games in hand.
