O'Neill making plans for Nigel

Aston Villa manager Martin O’Neill has promised the club’s fans £8.5m signing Nigel Reo-Coker will “prove worth the wait.”

The 23-year-old midfielder yesterday joined the midlands club on a four-year contract from West Ham for an initial £7.5m down payment which could eventually rise by another £1m as a result of add-ons.
