Colchester have confirmed the signing of former England striker Teddy Sheringham on a one-year contract.

Colchester have confirmed the signing of former England striker Teddy Sheringham on a one-year contract.

Sheringham, 41, has moved to Layer Road after being released by West Ham at the end of last season.
