Derry look to get back in to contention
Derry City v Drogheda United team news
A win for Derry City over Drogheda United tonight at the Brandywell would push the Candystripes back into contention for league honours, kick-off 7.45pm.
Managerless City were denied permission to talk to John Gill at Dundalk and Pat Dolan has also turned down the job to concentrate on his television work.
Peter Hutton will again pick the side as he attempts to get back to winning ways following four successive league draws.
United are still missing a host of stars with Ollie Cahill, Simon Webb, Aidan O'Keefe, Richie Baker and Jason Gavin all out injured.
Dan Connor may start in goal for Drogheda and Tony Grant should be fit enough for a place on the bench.
Shane Robinson and Graham Gartland are both missing through suspension for United.
Declan O'Brien is still awaiting an operation and will be missing for the foreseeable future.
