Hicks returns fire on UEFA over fans
Liverpool co-owner Tom Hicks has blasted UEFA’s claims that the club’s fans are the worst-behaved in Europe, with the American claiming their spokesman William Gaillard “doesn’t know what he’s talking about”.
UEFA president Michel Platini is to present a report to Britain's sports minister Richard Caborn in Brussels today which is expected to be highly critical of Reds fans and include a dossier of 25 unsavoury incidents involving their supporters in the last four years.
