The Football Association have confirmed England will play a friendly against Germany at Wembley on August 22.

The Football Association have confirmed England will play a friendly against Germany at Wembley on August 22.

The match – already announced by the German federation (DFB) – is the first meeting between the teams since the 5-1 win for England in Munich in September 2001.
