League rejects Keane trophy complaint

The Football League have dismissed Roy Keane’s complaints about Sunderland not being presented with the Coca-Cola Championship trophy at Kenilworth Road yesterday.

Keane’s team rounded off their Championship campaign in style at relegated Luton yesterday, recording a crushing 5-0 win to overtake Birmingham and claim the title.
