Valencia ready for Wigan return

Wigan winger Antonio Valencia returns to the squad for tomorrow’s JJB Stadium clash with Middlesbrough after serving a three-match suspension.

Valencia is likely to go straight back into the side with manager Paul Jewell looking to make changes following last Saturday’s 3-0 defeat at home to West Ham.

Jewell, though, will have to make another defensive change with skipper Arjan de Zeeuw sustaining an ankle injury against the Hammers.
