Chester have sacked manager Mark Wright and assistant Graham Barrow.

The move follows a wretched run of results which has seen the club win just three of their last 20 games to slip to 18th in the table.

Youth team manager Simon Davies has been appointed caretaker manager for the final League Two game of the season at Lincoln on Saturday.
