Ranson unveils new City proposals

Ray Ranson has submitted further proposals to Manchester City in an effort to trigger formal takeover talks.

The former City player has already been snubbed twice by the Blues board, who have expressed major concerns over the viability of his plans for the Eastlands outfit, but he made contact again last night through City’s bankers and is now awaiting their response.
