Ranson confirms City offer

Former Manchester City player Ray Ranson has confirmed his interest in buying the club and has already outlined his proposal to the club’s plc board.

Ranson issued a statement to the Stock Exchange which also revealed he is yet to receive a positive response and is currently considering making a further proposal.
