Last-gasp penalty gives Bray deserved point

A last-gasp penalty gave Bray a thoroughly deserved point to frustrate Cork once again at the Carlisle Grounds.

Bray, who beat Cork at the same venue later last season to effectively end their title retention hopes, started well and Clive Delaney rattled the Cork bar with a firm header from Alan Calwey's corner on 12 minutes

Cork were better into the second half and took the lead on 63 minutes when defender Neal Horgan stabbed home following Darragha Ryan's cross.

However, Paul Caffrey gave Bray their reward three minutes into stoppage time at the death when scoring from the penalty spot after Admir Softic had handled.
