O'Neill confident over new signings

Martin O’Neill is confident he can attract more quality players like striker John Carew during the summer – even though Aston Villa’s hopes of a late surge for a European spot have disappeared.

Villa were lying third in the Barclays Premiership after victory over Everton at Goodison Park in early November.
