Liverpool have confirmed Fabio Aurelio will miss the rest of the season after rupturing his Achilles tendon in last night's Champions League win over PSV Eindhoven.
The Brazilian left-back fell to the ground clutching his leg during the second half of the Reds' 3-0 quarter-final first-leg win at the Philips Stadium.
