Cork City Football Club today announced that Jim Little has now come on board as an investor in the club.

Chairman Brian Lennox said: “It has been a long few months of negotiations but I am happy now to be able to welcome Jim on board. I understand that people may have become frustrated with the lack of news but due to the process involved it was important to do everything correctly.”

Jim Little commented, “Brian and I are of one mind about the great future that we see for this club and I am very excited to be a part of it. I fully support Damien and the rest of the people involved as we strive to make this an even better club than it already is.”

Brian will continue in his role as chairman, with Jim assuming the role of vice chairman. There will be a natural transition period over the coming weeks but there will be no major changes at board level.
