Romanov rant could prove costly

Vladimir Romanov could be hit with a disrepute charge by the Scottish Football Association at the same time as he addresses Hearts shareholders at the club’s annual general meeting.

Next Tuesday’s Hearts AGM coincides with the next meeting of the SFA’s general purposes committee, who will decide whether Romanov’s latest outburst warrants disciplinary action.
