The Premier League have accepted Liverpool’s application to register Argentina midfielder Javier Mascherano.

The Premier League have accepted Liverpool’s application to register Argentina midfielder Javier Mascherano.

Liverpool agreed to sign the 22-year-old on loan from West Ham on transfer deadline day, but the Premier League refused to sanction the move until they had had the chance to investigate his registration details.
