Striker crisis for Milan ahead of Celtic clash

Milan strikers Alberto Gilardino and Filippo Inzaghi look likely to miss Tuesday's Champions League match with Celtic in Glasgow.

With new signing Ronaldo cup-tied and Marco Borriello suspended that leaves Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti with only one out-and-out striker in Ricardo Oliveira for the last-16 first-leg at Celtic Park.

"I don't think Gilardino can recover in time for Tuesday," said Ancelotti after today's 4-3 win at Siena.

"Tomorrow (Sunday) Inzaghi will be given some tests and we will then know for certain whether he can feature in the game or not."

Neither of the World Cup-winning strikers played against Siena.
