McCann overcoming pain barrier

Aston Villa midfielder Gavin McCann is defying a foot problem to continue playing a major role in the Martin O’Neill revolution.

McCann suffered the injury against Tottenham at White Hart Lane on St Stephen's Day and admits he is in discomfort after matches.
