St Pat's to take Shels' place in Setanta Cup

St Patrick's Athletic have been invited to participate in the 2007 Setanta Sports Cup following the withdrawal from the competition of Shelbourne FC.

The Tolka park side, who are in the midst of a deepening financial crisis, with debts reported to be running into the millions, announced their withdrawal from the cross border competition earlier this evening.
