Julius Aghahowa has completed his transfer to Wigan after being granted a work permit following a hearing in Sheffield.

The Nigeria striker, 24, joins the relegation-threatened Latics in a £2.1m (€4.2m) deal from Ukraine side Shakhtar Donetsk.
