Cork City FC last night reached agreement with Premiership club Reading for the transfer of defender Alan Bennett.

Cork City FC last night reached agreement with Premiership club Reading for the transfer of defender Alan Bennett.

The agreement means Bennett will be available for selection for Reading's Premiership fixture with Wigan Athletic tonight, according to the eircom League club.
