Charlton complete Bougherra deal
Charlton have signed Algerian international defender Madjid Bougherra from Sheffield Wednesday in a £2.5m deal.
The Addicks had their bid for the 24-year-old centre-back accepted on Friday after an initial offer of £1.3m was turned down by the Coca-Cola Championship outfit.
Bougherra becomes manager Alan Pardew’s third new signing this month following the captures of Zheng Zhi and Ben Thatcher.
