McFadden fears long-term lay-off

Everton and Scotland striker James McFadden fears he could be ruled out for the rest of the season with his broken foot.

The 23-year-old former Motherwell frontman expects to miss Scotland’s Euro 2008 qualifiers against Georgia and Italy in March.
