Christanval returns for Cottagers
Fulham welcome back French defender Philippe Christanval for tomorrow’s Barclays Premiership match against West Ham at Upton Park.
As the Cottagers prepare to come face to face with Luis Boa Morte, whom they sold to the Hammers last week, they will be relieved to have Christanval back in their ranks after he missed the FA Cup draw at Leicester due to injury.
However, American midfielder Clint Dempsey cannot play as he has yet to complete the paperwork on his move from New England Revolution.
Full-back Franck Queudrue returns from suspension, but fellow defender Ian Pearce is still not fully fit after a groin problem, while Italian striker Vincenzo Montella is once more expected to begin the game on the bench.
Boss Chris Coleman is still without long-term injury victims Antti Niemi (neck), Papa Bouba Diop (thigh), Zat Knight (broken jaw) and Jimmy Bullard (knee).
Provisional squad: Warner, Rosenior, Christanval, Bocanegra, Pearce, Queudrue, Routledge, Volz, Brown, Radzinski, Helguson, McBride, Montella, Runstrom, Zakuani, Omozusi, Lastuvka.
