Shels to appoint new manager by week's end

Shelbourne chairman Ollie Byrne is promising to have a new manager in place at the Dublin club by the end of this week.

The Tolka Park side have been without a boss since Pat Fenlon moved to Derry.

They are being forced to switch to a part-time operation due to continued financial difficulties.
