Campo Cup KO

Bolton manager Sam Allardyce will be without suspended midfielder Ivan Campo for the FA Cup match against Doncaster tomorrow.

Henrik Pedersen is also ruled out with a calf injury for the third-round match against the League One team. Stelios Giannakopoulos (groin) and Quinton Fortune (Achilles) remain doubtful.
