Boulahrouz back for Blues

Jose Mourinho welcomes back defender Khalid Boulahrouz after he missed Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Fulham through suspension.

However, German midfielder Michael Ballack is banned and the Portuguese boss is still without Arjen Robben (hamstring).

Joe Cole (broken foot) and Carlo Cudicini (thigh) miss out, as do Petr Cech and John Terry, the former on his way back from a fractured skull and the club captain recovering from a back problem.
