Bolton boss Sam Allardyce is sweating on the fitness of El-Hadji Diouf ahead of tomorrow’s home clash with Newcastle.

The Senegal striker limped out of Saturday’s win at Manchester City with a hamstring injury and Allardyce is fearful the 72-hour turnaround may prevent Diouf facing the in-form Magpies.
