Search for new Shels boss to continue into new year

Shelbourne's search for a new manager to replace Pat Fenlon looks set to continue into the new year.

In the latest development, midfielder Jim Crawford has turned down the role, describing the move as "one of the hardest decisions of my life".

The former Newcastle and Reading player has been at Tolka Park since 2000.
