Traore out for Addicks

Djimi Traore will miss Charlton’s trip to Tottenham after pulling his hamstring in the first half of Tuesday’s win over Blackburn.

The former Liverpool defender had been out for three months after breaking his ankle in the defeat at Chelsea in September. He will be replaced by Souleymane Diawara.

Tuesday’s matchwinner Talal El Karkouri is also a minor doubt after bruising his toe in the dying seconds against Rovers, though he is expected to take his place in the starting X1 at White Hart Lane.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is also close to a return but is likely to be ready for next week’s clash with Liverpool at The Valley.
