Arsene Wenger and Alan Pardew have both been charged with “improper conduct” by the Football Association following their touch-line bust-up at Upton Park.

The two bosses had to be separated following Marlon Harewood’s late winner for the home side on Sunday, following celebrations by the West Ham coach in the technical area.
