The Eircom League Board of Control has decided to refer to arbitration in relation to the FAI Appeal Boardʼs ruling on the disputed Bohemians v Shelbourne fixture.
The board met today in Dublin.
A statement released today said the move was provided for under FAI rules and said nothing further would be released at this time.
