Derry hit by suspensions

Derry City will hope to keep up the pressure on league leaders Shelbourne with a victory over Drogheda United at the Brandywell.

Derry have cut Shels’ lead to four points in the last week as they won two of their games in hand but their plans are hampered tonight with Ken Oman, Killian Brennan, Ruairdhi Higgis and Barry Molloy all suspended.

Pat McCourt (hamstring) is also out while Gary Beckett (groin) faces a fitness test.

Drogheda have doubts over Gavin Whelan (thigh) but hope to have everyone else fit.
