O'Neill won't waste windfall

Manager Martin O’Neill has vowed not to waste the transfer budget which will be given to him by new Aston Villa owner Randy Lerner for the January window.

And O’Neill is confident of being backed by the American billionaire when Villa, currently unbeaten this season, hit a rocky patch and anticipates no interference in team matters.
