Spectacular Crouch strike helps Liverpool win

Liverpool were made to sweat for three vital Champions League points after Galatasaray came from three goals down to nearly snatch a point at Anfield.

Liverpool scored twice in the first period through Peter Crouch and Luis Garcia and it could easily have been more.

But although Crouch scored a spectacular third, Galatasaray hit back with two goals from substitute Unit Karan to leave Liverpool hanging on for a group C victory.
