Ruud remains out in the cold

Former Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy has again been left out of the provisional Holland squad to face Bulgaria and Albania in next month’s Euro 2008 qualifiers.

The Real Madrid forward has yet to feature since losing his starting place in Marco van Basten’s line-up during the World Cup.
