Cork continued their revival with a second successive win lifting the champions into third place in the table.

The only goal of a tight game came on 24 minutes when Alan Bennett flicked on Neale Fenn’s corner and winger Billy Woods drove home from close range.

Managerless Bohs were the better side for much of the second half and Aidan O’Keeffe, Stephen Ward and John Paul Kelly all came close to levelling as Cork held out for three vital points in their efforts to retain their title.
