Kuyt encouraged by first start

Dirk Kuyt was pleased with his full debut for Liverpool despite failing in front of goal against PSV Eindhoven.

The recent signing from Feyenoord started his first game for the Reds in last night’s Champions League Group C opener in Holland, which ended in a goalless stalemate.
