Davies out for six weeks
Bolton striker Kevin Davies has been ruled out for up to six weeks with a depressed fracture of the cheekbone.
The 29-year-old sustained the injury when he was elbowed in the face by Charlton’s Hermann Hreidarsson in Saturday’s Barclays Premiership defeat at The Valley.
Hreidarsson was sent off for the offence but Davies was later shown the red card himself following a separate incident involving Amady Faye.
