Drogs hoping for second-leg comeback

Drogheda United will hope to overturn a 1-0 first leg deficit against Norway’s Start in the UEFA Cup at Dalymount Park tonight.

A loss in Norway a fortnight ago leaves Drogheda with a difficult task and they are not helped by the fact that striker Declan O’Brien is not registered to play in the UEFA Cup.

The Drogs skipper has been out with a broken jaw but returned quicker than expected. However, the club had not registered him for the UEFA Cup. Tony Grant (thigh) is also out while Brian Shelley is suspended.
